WCCTC will be holding our National Technical Honor Society inductions on Thursday, May 5, 2022, at 6:00p.m. Students have been given a form to RSVP for the ceremony. It needs to be returned by Tuesday, May 3, 2022. It was also sent to the inductees LiveGrades account.🏅
Raleigh General Hospital hosted a blood drive on April 20, 2022. WCCTC Practical Nursing students Angela Lanning, McKenzie Bailey, and Michelle Bailey assisted the American Red Cross in registering patients, helping with the canteen and walking with patients as needed. The WCCTC is proud of these students for volunteering their time over spring break.👏🏼🧑⚕️

Mike Johnson, Law and Public Safety program instructor at the Wyoming County Career and Technical Center, participated in a two day training to learn the operations and the use of Force Simulation Training. The trainer was Ray Minor who works for Ti Training from Colorado.
This simulation training program has 830 senerios to put students in real world situations. The situations included are Firearms, Taser, Asp Baton, and OC Spray situations. This will allow the students to participate in simulated real life situations to better prepare them for a career in public safety. ⛑
